This includes:

- Printing errors
- Fabric damage not caused by use
Requests should be made within 30 days of delivery, including photos and order details.
Depending on the situation, the following solutions may be offered:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Partial or full refund (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)
