Refund Policy

Refunds are only approved in the following cases:

  • Item arrived damaged (proof required)
  • Item lost in transit (confirmed by tracking)
  • Wrong item received

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Delays caused by customs or postal services

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
